Would you like to have your alumni account deleted?
You can request the deletion of your alumni account by using the form on our contact page.
Please use the email address you used to register on the alumni platform. This helps us clearly identify your request.
Once we have received your request, we will review and process it in accordance with the applicable data protection requirements. If we need any further information to verify your identity or your account, we will contact you. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation.
Please note: When your alumni account is deleted, your profile will be removed from the alumni platform. You will no longer be able to access the platform. Depending on how you have used the platform, stored profile information, group memberships, messages, event data or other information linked to your account may also be affected.
Cancel paid subscription separately
Deleting your alumni account does not automatically cancel a paid alumni subscription. If you have a paid subscription, please cancel it separately via the customer portal.

If you would like to keep your account but no longer receive alumni communications, you can unsubscribe from our emails or adjust your communication settings.
